Welcome to Worth Plotting. These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from us. By using the site or purchasing a product, you're agreeing to them. Please read them, they're written to be readable.

Worth Plotting LLC provides this website, free educational resources, and the Income Direction Room.

“We,” “us,” and “our” mean Worth Plotting LLC. “You” means the person using our services. These terms cover our website, resources, community, and purchases. When you purchase, you agree to these terms and our Refund & Fulfillment Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Financial education only
Worth Plotting provides financial education through recorded lessons, worksheets, community discussions, and educational question-and-answer support. Any included private call is also educational.
We are not financial advisors, investment advisors, tax professionals, accountants, or attorneys, and nothing we provide is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not manage your money, recommend specific investments or products, or act as a fiduciary.

You remain responsible for your financial decisions. Examples, personal stories, projected debt payoff dates, and descriptions of possible progress are illustrations, not promises. No income, savings, investment return, debt reduction, or other financial outcome is guaranteed.
Free Day 1 Short Cut
The Day 1 Short Cut is a free educational resource with a video of approximately 25 minutes, a one-page worksheet, and an action to take while working through the lesson. It introduces the first piece of work from inside the Income Direction Room.
Requesting Day 1 does not purchase the Room, create a paid membership, start a paid trial, or authorize any charge. You do not need to buy the Room to use the free resource.
Where you sign up for emails, we send the Day 1 delivery email, five follow-up emails during the following week, and ongoing Worth Plotting emails as described at signup. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Income Direction Room
The Income Direction Room provides six months of access and includes:
- The 7-Day Install, including five recorded Install sessions and the Install workbook.
- The Plotted Spending Plan for your ongoing personal use.
- Placement on the six-stage Worth Plotters Growth Scale.
- The Momentum Vault and the playbook for your placed stage.
- A weekly Ask Erica thread with video answers saved in a searchable Q&A library.
- Access to the Worth Plotting community in Circle.
Weekly Ask Erica support is provided through recorded video answers to submitted questions. The base program does not include regularly scheduled live coaching calls or private coaching, except an expressly included promotional call for eligible purchasers.
The Momentum Vault and stage spaces open after you complete the placement process. They do not open automatically on a set date. Placement determines your starting stage and next steps; it is an educational tool, not a professional assessment or individualized financial recommendation.
We may update or reorganize materials to improve the program without materially reducing the services purchased. The offer and checkout disclosures at purchase identify any additional expressly included benefits.
Access and delivery
Your six-month access period starts on your purchase date, whether you pay in full or choose installments. Completing the Install or placement later does not restart or extend this period.
Access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout, usually within two hours of successful payment. Check spam and promotions folders, then contact support@worthplotting.com if they have not arrived.
At the end of six months, access to the online courses, Vault, stage spaces, community, and Q&A library ends unless you separately choose an available continuation option. Your original purchase does not automatically enroll you in a further subscription or authorize a continuation charge.
Your downloaded workbook, worksheets, and Plotted Spending Plan remain available for your personal use permanently. Keeping downloaded materials does not include permanent access to hosted content or support.
Money Momentum Call
If the Money Momentum Call promotion was presented when you signed up for Day 1, joining the Income Direction Room within seven days of that signup qualifies you for one private, 20-minute educational call with Erica about your plan. Your Day 1 email provides your specific deadline.
The seven-day period is measured from the qualifying Day 1 signup, not from a later visit to the delivery page or the date you first joined our email list. Returning to the page does not reset the deadline.
The call becomes available after you complete your first week inside the Room and build your plan. Booking instructions are provided to eligible members. This is an included promotional benefit, not a separate purchase or ongoing private coaching arrangement, and it has no cash alternative. If the associated program purchase is refunded, any unused promotional call is canceled.
Prices and payment plans
Prices are in US dollars. The current price is $697 paid in full or three payments of $250, totaling $750. Applicable taxes, payment dates, and any additional charges must be disclosed at checkout before you purchase.
A payment plan divides one program purchase into installments. It is not a monthly cancel-anytime subscription. Choosing it commits you to the full $750, subject to our guarantee and any rights required by law. Installments do not extend the six-month access period.
Payments are handled through our checkout and payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers or security codes.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and contact you. Access may be paused while the overdue balance is unresolved. Pausing access does not itself cancel remaining installments or restart your access period. Contact billing@worthplotting.com if you need help.
Refunds and cancellation
The 14-day do-the-work guarantee is described in our Refund & Fulfillment Policy, which forms part of these terms. It is not a free trial. A payment is collected when you purchase.
An approved refund under the guarantee returns the program payments collected and cancels remaining installments. Simply leaving the community, stopping lessons, or unsubscribing from emails does not cancel an installment obligation.
Personal use and intellectual property
Our videos, worksheets, workbook, Plotted Spending Plan, Growth Scale, written content, and brand belong to Worth Plotting LLC or their respective owners. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education.
Do not share your login, redistribute or resell materials, publish recordings, reproduce the course commercially, or use our materials to create a competing product. You may discuss what you learn and informally help someone apply ideas in their own life without distributing our protected materials or presenting yourself as a Worth Plotting instructor.
Community conduct and privacy
Treat other members respectfully. Do not harass, solicit, recruit, or pitch to members. Do not share another member's information, financial details, posts, screenshots, or recordings outside the community without their permission. Do not present financial opinions to other members as qualified professional advice.
Questions submitted to Ask Erica and the corresponding answers may be shared inside the member Q&A library. Avoid posting account numbers, passwords, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information. A member community is not a confidential professional advisory relationship, and we cannot guarantee another member's conduct.
We may moderate content or suspend or terminate access for violations. Any refund will be assessed under our Refund & Fulfillment Policy and applicable law. A conduct violation does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Availability and liability
We provide services with reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website, platform, or community access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims connected with a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or losses arising from your financial decisions. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. The version accepted when you purchase governs that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules, disputes will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction in Virginia.
