Welcome to Worth Plotting. These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from us. By using the site or purchasing a product, you're agreeing to them. Please read them — they're written to be readable.

You can reach us at info@worthplotting.com. Throughout these terms, "WE" and "US" mean Worth Plotting LLC, and "you" means you.
WHAT WE DO — AND WHAT WE DON'T
Worth Plotting provides financial education. We teach a system for directing income, and we do it in a group setting through courses, community, and coaching calls.
We are not financial advisors, investment advisors, tax professionals, accountants, or attorneys, and nothing we provide is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not manage your money, recommend specific investments or products, or act as a fiduciary.
Everything we teach is educational and general in nature. Your situation is yours, and decisions about it are yours. For advice specific to your circumstances, please consult a qualified licensed professional.
We make no guarantee of any financial outcome. Results depend on your own circumstances and on what you actually do, and we can't control either.
WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
The Income Direction Room is a six-month program. It includes the 7-Day Install, the Plotted Spending Plan, the Momentum Vault, live coaching calls, and access to the Worth Plotters community. The specific contents are described on the sales page at the time of your purchase.
We may improve, update, or reorganize the material during your access period. We won't materially reduce what you've paid for.
Program Formats & Access Boundaries
Worth Plotting LLC offers digital training and implementation containers.
The 5-Day Live Cash Flow Install Sprint:
Enrollment grants entry to the designated sprint dates and live sessions. Session replays are accessible inside the sprint portal for a 24-hour accountability window, and community access closes following the sprint. Downloaded spreadsheet files (the Plotted Spending Plan) and workbooks remain yours for personal, non-commercial use permanently.
The Income Direction Room:
Membership includes portal and community access for six (6) months from the initial date of purchase.
PAYMENT
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we don't store your card details.
If you choose a payment plan, you're agreeing to the full amount, charged on the schedule shown at checkout. If a payment fails, we'll contact you and try again. If it can't be resolved, your access may be paused until it is.
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Fulfillment Policy, which forms part of these terms.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR ACCESS
Your access is personal to you. Please don't share your login, and please don't share, resell, copy, or distribute our materials.
We own everything we've created — the course materials, the workbook, the Plotted Spending Plan, the Worth Plotters Growth Scale, the written content, the videos, and the brand. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. That licence doesn't include teaching it commercially, reproducing it, or building something derived from it.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
The Worth Plotters community exists so women can be honest about money, which only works if it's safe. So: be respectful. Don't share another member's information or numbers outside the community. Don't sell, recruit, or pitch to members. Don't give financial advice to other members as though you're qualified to.
We may remove anyone whose behavior makes the room unsafe, without a refund. We'd rather never do it.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
We provide our services with reasonable care, but we don't promise the website or community will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.
Refunds & Guarantees
All refund terms are governed by our official Refund & Fulfillment Policy at worthplotting.com/refund-policy:
5-Day Live Cash Flow Install Sprint ($97):
Due to the live delivery, real-time co-working, and immediate release of proprietary spreadsheet assets, all sprint registrations are firm and non-refundable (all sales final).
The Income Direction Room (6-Month Container):
Backed by our 14-day conditional action guarantee. If you complete your baseline Plotted Spending Plan within 14 days of enrollment and do not have a working cash-flow plan, you may submit your completed file to billing@worthplotting.com for a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 14 days or without the completed file will not be honored.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll tell you. The version in force when you purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
LAW
These Terms govern enrollment in Worth Plotting educational programs, including The 5-Day Live Cash Flow Install Sprint and The Income Direction Room.
